CLASSIC VEHICLE ENTRY FORM

We warmly welcome you to our Classic Car Show and have pleasure in sending you this Entry Form. Your entry is transferable if you decide to bring a different vehicle or you wish to transfer the entry to another person.

Receipt of a non refundable charitable donation of at least £7.50 will secure your entry. The total number of vehicles this year will be limited to 180. Entries on the day will be accepted subject to available space at £10 per vehicle in cash.

Please make payment to:- Welwyn Festival Group ( WFG) Co Op Bank 08-92-99 Account No 65829501. It is very important that you use as a reference your surname and the initials CC.

Arrival time: Please aim to arrive by 11.00 am but no earlier than 09.00 am. Departures : It would be appreciated if most departures are delayed until 15.00.

Under GDPR regulations you need to agree to be recorded in our database. Your details will only be used to invite you to participate in our Vehicle show and will not be used for any other purpose. I wish my details to be put on the Welwyn Classics database so I can be invited in future years.

I declare that the vehicle hereby entered will be covered by appropriate insurance and road tax.

I confirm £7.50 has been sent to WFG as detailed above.
