I am delighted to bring you the details of this year’s Historic Vehicle Show on 4 May, arranged by the Rotary Club of Royston on behalf of the Town Council. I do hope you will be able to participate – and if you’ve been before, it will be great to see you again.

This year, our entry procedures have changed a little. To enter the show, please do the following:

1. Download the attached Safety Notice. Note that by entering the show you undertake to abide by the instructions. They are simple, but important. Also please download and read the sheet ‘About the Show’. It contains important information.
2. Then fill in the details below and send this email back to me, using the reply function. That’s your registration done!
3. Print the safety notice, insert your details, and have it ready to be checked when you arrive – it is also your entry ticket. If possible, display it on your windscreen. This will help us to check you in quickly. If you can’t print the notice, perhaps a friend can do it for you? If neither of these is possible, please let us know.
4. Please return your entry by 30  April 2026 at latest.

This registration process is meant to ensure we have a safe and well organised event, and your entry will be free of charge, but if you arrive without having registered, there will be an entry fee of £5! Please note we cannot guarantee entry if you haven’t registered, but we’ll do our  best to fit you in.

We will be raising funds for our President’s chosen charity, SERV Herts and Beds Blood Bikes. Please give generously when our collector comes round!
