Royston Rotary Historic Vehicle Show

…I am delighted to send you the details of this year’s Rotary Club of Royston Vehicle show on 5 May. I do hope you will be able to participate – and if you’ve been before, it will be great to see you again.
This year, our entry procedures have changed a little. To enter the show, please do the following:
- Download the attached Safety Notice. Note that by entering the show you undertake to abide by the instructions. They are simple, but important. Also please download and read the brochure. It contains important information.
- Then send this email back to me by filling in the details below and using the reply function. That’s your registration done.
- Print the safety notice, insert your details where shown, and display it on your windscreen when you arrive. This will help us to check you in quickly. If you can’t print the notice, perhaps a friend can do it for you? If neither of these is possible, please just let us know.
Please return your entry by 30 April 2025 at latest. This registration process is meant to ensure we have a safe and well organised event. If you arrive without having registered, we will do our best to admit you but it will really smooth the entry process if we know you are coming!
We don’t charge you to enter, but we will ask you for a donation to our chosen charity the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust. Please give generously!
Please note your entry will not be acknowledged but I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have – and I look forward to welcoming you on 5 May..
